I'm getting lazy nowadays. But motivation come everytime when I have trip coming soon. Just because of this, I do some research on losing weight and eating clean from other fitness babe. So, now I'm going to share some eating clean tips to you girls if any of you having the same bad habit like me - LAZY. A little bit of tips and motivation can really help instead of looking for diet product. PLEASE, never take DIET pill. Exercise and eat healthy is the best and only way to get rid of fats. Exercise not neccesary to be done at gym, even at home or outside.
Most important is always remember
"Losing weight only involves physical activity and a good eating plan"

+ Increased energy and stamina
+ Less health problems
+ Better sleep
+ Improved skin

As for me, I been start eating clean since the month of February. I prepare my own meals at home everyday before heading to work. I love it so much as the same I start learning how to cook. I'm not saying that I can't cook but as a way to improve cooking skill. Well, I have cheat days too, usually one or two days on weekends. And since I started this approach I can see some results - slowly but long term. And not to forget by eating clean, you are building muscle too especially if you take a lot of protein from meat! Eating clean meal and workout, you will for sure obtain what you want. But of course, it's not a one week or two week process but long term!
